Kate went above and beyond to procure the sale of our vacation property. Her commitment to getting the property listed was very commendable. She is very professional while at the same time being very personable and easy to deal with.
My girlfriend suggested that we contact Kate to sell our home. Kate came out for an interview and she had us at HELLO. Kate has more wisdom than most and handled our experience so well. After her sign went up in our yard with “Coming soon”, the fun began. We had several soft showings and BINGO, a couple loved the area, view and the house. They put in a bid and we moved out - - - all in one month’s time. Kate will remain a friend even tho we moved out of state. She’s a jewel!
