Kate was simply amazing

Kate was simply amazing. She certainly was on her A game as she assisted us in selling our sister’s townhouse in the Nashville area. She was patient, professional, and encouraging as she informed us of the ongoing changes throughout our listing. Ultimately, she was able to be successful in selling her home for what we thought was a very reasonable price. Without a reservation, I would encourage using her for her real estate services. Our family was very fortunate to have met Kate. She stepped out and did more than what I thought a realtor would do, often going to the home after normal business hours to get things just right to show the home and make it more presentable. She was just simply awesome.
