Kate Goeringer is by far the best realtor I have ever met. We were buying from out of town and she went above and beyond to go see houses that were hours from where she was. When we finally landed on a house we loved and we were ready to put in an offer, we got a text at like 3AM from her letting us know that she didn't think it was the right house for our family. She was RIGHT!! She really takes the time to get to know you and your family and your needs. We ran into contract issues and ALOT of other issues she kept us informed every step of the way. She handled everything so we didnt have to stress. She negotiated like she was buying the house for herself. We have finally moved into our new home and she is still there to answer questions.
