Kate is the best!

I had a great experience with Kate. The best part of working with her was her honesty. If a house wasn’t worth what was being asked or wouldn’t be a good investment she was honest with me about it. It helped build trust between us. Kate knows a ton about houses and knows what red flags to lookout for. She also highlights the cool and unique features of homes which I especially loved when in royal oak and Ferndale. She was great at filtering houses based on what I liked and disliked. She was readily available to setup showings and was flexible in going to showings. Kate is overall very kind and friendly and knowledgeable.
