Kate is AMAZING and we highly recommend her! She truly helped me get through the aniexty and stress of buying and selling. Kate is highly knowledgeable on houses in's and out's, good and bad. Kate Helped us understand things we didn't know about. We felt like we were her only clients, she was there whenever we needed her (even when she went on vacation and i was texting her). If it wasn't for her we wouldn't have gotten our amazing house, she trulydid an amazing job with our offer to seal the deal . We also wouldnt have gotten over asking price for our house.
