As first-time home buyers, we had no idea what we were doing as we started thinking about purchasing our first home. Kate is extremely knowledgeable and was there every step of the way during the process. Not only was she very responsive whenever we had questions or wanted to see a home, she made efforts to protect us as well. There were a couple of homes that we liked that, in retrospect, had red flags that we overlooked. Kate made sure that we thought about all of the pros and cons before we moved forward to putting in an offer on any home. I can’t recommend Kate enough, she did a great job in helping two inexperienced homebuyers find their first home!
