Kate worked with us late on a Sunday night and spent so much time walking us through our first home buying experience. Everything went well and it is complete

We have been lucky enough to work with Kate to sell 2 houses and buy a house. The attention to detail and follow up is off the charts!! We listed our home in Lewes, Delaware during a time when the housing market turned cold. Kate guided us through the ups and downs during this time keeping a positive attitude. Our home took longer than expected to sell because of the current market. My wife Susan and I had moved out of the house leaving it empty while for sale. Call great agents and say, "The sky is falling! Help me?!" They will respond with a plan to save the day. If you call Kate and say, "The sky is falling! Help..." you won't even finish the sentence and she's right there with her steel umbrella over you, she's called help on the way, and she's making you laugh out loud (or sitting quietly with you, whatever calms your personal storm) while, probably, doing your dishes.
