We have been lucky enough to work with Kate to sell 2 houses and buy a house. The attention to detail and follow up is off the charts!! We listed our home in Lewes, Delaware during a time when the housing market turned cold. Kate guided us through the ups and downs during this time keeping a positive attitude. Our home took longer than expected to sell because of the current market. My wife Susan and I had moved out of the house leaving it empty while for sale.
