Everything went well and it is complete

We have been lucky enough to work with Kate to sell 2 houses and buy a house. The attention to detail and follow up is off the charts!! We listed our home in Lewes, Delaware during a time when the housing market turned cold. Kate guided us through the ups and downs during this time keeping a positive attitude. Our home took longer than expected to sell because of the current market. My wife Susan and I had moved out of the house leaving it empty while for sale. Kate always made herself available when we called with questions, or to ask her to check on the property since it was empty. During one inspection there were 2 or 3 minor repairs that needed to been done and Kate located a very good handyman to complete the repairs. Call great agents and say, "The sky is falling! Help me?!" They will respond with a plan to save the day. If you call Kate and say, "The sky is falling! Help..." you won't even finish the sentence and she's right there with her steel umbrella over you, she's called help on the way, and she's making you laugh out loud (or sitting quietly with you, whatever calms your personal storm) while, probably, doing your dishes. "Engaging" a realtor is the perfect term. A heavy relationship loaded with immediate commitment and trust required to survive in this drastic market. I literally had settlement occur while I was 4 hrs in to a 12 hr ER visit with my dad who I'd bittersweetly moved out of this house and she made sure to call me and ensure that I shared in the celebration of new beginnings.
