Kate worked with us late on a Sunday night and spent so much time walking us through our first home buying experience. She has helped my parents buy and sell homes in the past and we can’t imagine using anyone else. Not only is she knowledgeable, but she makes you feel like family! She gave us great advice on what to do to get our house ready to show, arranged professional pictures that highlighted all the best features, and used her expertise to put our home on the market at the perfect moment. We got an excellent offer the day of the open house, also the first day it was on the market. Kate helped us think through the offer, which we took, then seamlessly negotiated our settlement date for the most convenient time for us. While we waited to close, she followed up with us regularly, and made sure it all went smoothly right up to signing the papers. She got us an offer that exceeded our expectations, and was an absolute dream to work with. Highly professional, she knows the market well. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling in Delaware!

Kate was excellent from start to finish. Kate was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable of the community and the different developments. She immediately responded to my texts and emails. Pointed out the pros and cons as to homes that I chose to view. Was able to suggest different contractors to do projects at each property (i.e., landscaping, painting, homeowner insurance agents, etc.) Kate was filled with an abundance of information, of which I very much appreciated!
