Everything went well and it is complete

We have been lucky enough to work with Kate to sell 2 houses and buy a house. The attention to detail and follow up is off the charts!! We listed our home in Lewes, Delaware during a time when the housing market turned cold. Kate guided us through the ups and downs during this time keeping a positive attitude.
