I had the pleasure of working with Kate DeSimone to purchase my first home. She is very knowledgeable about the market, affable, and honest. I was not sure I'd ever find a home that was suitable for my family but she was so reassuring and right by side every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor to work with than Kate! Plus, she's super handy and knows alot about DIY home improvement tips!

Kate is an excellent realtor. She's very knowledgeable of the trends in the housing market. She keeps up on the areas sales, what they sold for and how much work was done to it as well as the similarities to my house. She also looked at ones for sale along those same guidelines to come up with a sale price for my home. She's honest, straightforward and respectful when discussing the sale price of your house. When a problem arises she's on it and resolves it quickly. When the lawyers had pushed the closing up without notification she contacted them and asked why and made sure it was okay with us, the sellers. I will use Kate in the future and I highly recommend her if your thinking of selling your home.

This is the second time Kate has come through for me. The first was when she helped me find a house to rent (before she even met me) when I was moving to RI, and now as I buy my first house here. She is a dedicated, hard working professional and she was always looking out for my best interests throughout the entire process. She stayed involved and was always available to answer questions and provide advice. She went above and beyond always, giving me good tips, phone numbers to call for utilities, and even helping me to find contractors. Kate is an awesome realtor and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

Kate is an outstanding agent. My wife and I were first-time home buyers and did not have a good grasp of everything that needed to happen to buy a house, but Kate made the entire processes very easy. We first met Kate at an open house that she was subbing for and quickly got to talking. She followed up with us via an informative email describing a variety options we could take for our next steps, as well as her personal recommendation. Following that, we met with Kate and she did a thorough run down of everything that would happen in buying a home, what to expect in terms of prices for the various closing costs, and how to best manage that budget. She is very knowledgable about all aspects of buying a home and what features and warning flags to look out for. The people she recommends to work with are also all top notch and she seems to know a good person to work with for anything you need. Finally, Kate stayed with us through the whole process to the final closing and always was quick to respond to any questions we sent her. You do not need to worry that Kate will stop responding once the deal is going through. She is simultaneously friendly and professional; you cannot go wrong working with her.

Kate was the best experience my husband and I ever had with a realtor. It being my first time selling my first home, I asked my husband if all realtors go out of their way like she did and he quickly said absolutely not. Kate is so knowledgeable when it comes to this industry and also is fantastic for referring contractors that can do jobs quick so there are no hang ups. Whether you are hunting for a first home, looking for your million dollar dream home, or selling the home you are in Kate is the way to go.

Kate is one of the best! We had her sell and buy a home twice for us in Warwick and both experiences were wonderful! She's very patient, friendly and definitely knows her stuff and about Warwick! She will go above and beyond for you! (I'm very serious...she was even willing to cut our grass for us!!) No realtor out there like her! Highly recommend!
