Kate was dedicated, professional and unwavering.

It was a pleasure working with Kate throughout this process. Although the buyer was unreasonable and at times extremely difficult to please, Kate never waivered, stood her ground when she knew she was right. She brought in subcontractors to repair a couple of minor discrepancies and saw the deal through to fruition while shielding me, the seller, from having to deal with a difficult buyer. I would have no reservations about working with Kate again in the future.
