To say that Kate made this an easy process is an understatement! My parents needed to sell their house and I just knew Kate was the person to help us do that! From our first meeting, we just had so much confidence in her! She was extremely patient, honest and trustworthy! We had a few bumps along the road getting the house ready for market, but she worked with us every step of the way and the house sold in 3 days with multiple offers over asking!
