She is very knowledgeable, informative and best of all has a passion for being a realtor. Kat is very honest and goes beyond to help her clients. She has a good eye and sense to see what potential and value each property has. Kat takes it upon herself to stage the house so buyers can use their imagination. Kat had 1st sold my first house back in 2002. She then help me find a home in Vail that i purchased. In Oct 2018, I called Kat and we discussed the Pros and Cons of placing my home on the market being so late in the year being close to the holidays. We decided to list it and Kat had set a price that was higher then what we discussed because she saw so much more value in the home and surrounding area. My house went on market in Nov and there were offers the same day. The Appraisal came through and the value Kat set to get was right on target and plus some. Kat is a very delightful person to work with and has great instinct and experience when it comes to negotiating. I highly recommend Kat as your realtor.

Kat Tyree at My Home Group is amazing! She worked us some crazy miracles and helped us find the perfect home in the school district we wanted, which was pretty tough. It was a tough contract because we managed to get a pre-occupancy and the home needed some repairs. Kat worked her magic and not only got us roof repairs, but also managed to get a brand new ac for the upstairs! It seemed like the longest process ever and there were times where we were all crossing fingers and holding our breath that this deal wouldn’t fall through. Somehow the stars all aligned, and we found this house that was completely perfect for us in Rita Ranch with amazing schools for the kids and only 5 minutes from work for both of us, can’t get any better than that! So anyone in the Tucson/Vail area that is looking to buy or sell, Kat will be the lady for the job!
