Kat Tyree at My Home Group is amazing! She worked us some crazy miracles and helped us find the perfect home in the school district we wanted, which was pretty tough. It was a tough contract because we managed to get a pre-occupancy and the home needed some repairs. Kat worked her magic and not only got us roof repairs, but also managed to get a brand new ac for the upstairs! It seemed like the longest process ever and there were times where we were all crossing fingers and holding our breath that this deal wouldn’t fall through.
