We were so impressed with Kat’s knowledge and professionalism - both times we have had her as our agent. She guided us through this process seamlessly with care and concern for all details. She is excellent at what she does!
Kat is the very best, she lead me through this unknown territory, answered my never ending questions. Kat is very timely, professional and has a big heart.
Kat was a hardworking and savvy agent, as well as personable and kind to us. She went out of her way to make the selling experience as easy for me as possible. She is a great agent and I highly recommend her!
Kat was an amazing agent to work with throughout the home buying process. She is very personable, professional and she helped us buy the home of our dreams. She also had outstanding communication throughout the process and helped coordinate all of things we needed to get done and really went above and beyond. I look forward to continuing to work with Kat as she helps us sell our old house.
Kat was fantastic in working with us to find the right home. She took us through many houses of varying price ranges before we locked in on our purchase. Kat also sold our home in Kennett and did a fantastic job.
Kat was amazing and engaged throughout the process, regardless of day or time. I would recommend her to anyone.
I was exceedingly pleased with Kat Pigliacampi's service as my selling agent. She demonstrated exceptional knowledge of the market and professionalism, gave sound advice, was responsive and available even outside of business hours, and was clearly highly committed to fulfilling her role with integrity.
Knowledgeable team, we worked with Kat over twenty years ago and went right back when it was time to sell. They know how to stage, photograph, and market your house. It was a smooth process.
Kat was so great. She had a difficult task with us, and she went above and beyond multiple times. I don’t consider Kat as just my agent, but as a friend, my first friend in PA :)
The entire sales process was handled in a very professional and pleasant manor. Our sales agent was in constant contact and responded to any questions we had quickly. The marketing efforts were also very well done.
Kat was outstanding from beginning to closing! She knew what we wanted and helped us attain our dream home! After home inspection a few things came up and she was tenacious, always looking out for our best interests. I truly can’t say enough great things about her!
