Kat Pigliacampi was extraordinarily helpful to us. She guided us and suggested several ideas to make our home more sellable. She went the extra mile to have drone pictures of the exterior taken, and a professional photographer photographed the interior. Her description of our home and how it was presented to the public were compelling. She had "coming soon," followed by appointments starting Friday at 9:30 AM, and all offers were considered Sunday at 6 PM. Kat ensured that she told the public this would be a quick sale to the highest bidder. Her presentation was, "You better act fast and offer a high value over the asking price." Because of her effort and knowledge, we listed our home at $750,000 and sold it for $901,000. I believe no home similar to ours has ever sold for that price.
Kat was absolutely wonderful. As a first time home-buyer, I was pretty clueless about the whole process. Kat was patient, knowledgable, and undoubtedly had my best interest at heart. Working with her was a pleasure, and I would gladly recommend her to friends and family.
