Kat helped the reviewer sell this property

Wonderful Selling Experience!

We had listed our house before with a different agent, and then on our own, negative results. Kat had us an offer in about 3 weeks. I couldn't say better things about Kat and her work ethic. She's very professional and personable. She was in our yard on a Saturday morning trimming bushes and pulling weeds. She is not afraid to get in there and get it done to help you sell your house. Absolutely found an agent for life.
