Before knowing Kat, I had a long held idea in my mind of what a realtor does and is. She completely blew that ideal out of the water! Kat is straightforward always tempered by gentleness. Her knowledge of the real estate market is comprehensive and clear. When we first met Kat, she gave us a realistic outlook of the market and a range of prices for our home. With this, as with all of our interactions, Kat came with knowledge (which was exactly how our home sale went) and still let us make decisions within the price range. Kat was always so quick to respond to any questions or comments we might have, giving us a clear picture even when it wasn’t the easiest thing. When we were struggling getting everything in show readiness, Kat jumped right in not afraid to get her hands dirty for the benefit of our home. I honestly don’t know how I would have made it through this process without her. Buying a house felt overwhelming from the beginning. This home is the beginning of a new chapter for our family, and I’ll always be grateful for the kindness, honesty, and care she showed every step of the way. She made one of the biggest decisions of my life feel so much less scary, and I will always be thankful for that.
