She knows when a home has good bones and where to look for possible problems. She helped us find our forever home quickly and assisted in a quick closing. She guided us through the process seemingly. So Kat helped me prioritize what I needed to do to my home to present an appealing listing. She hired a photographer team that took great pictures and also presented a floorplan with sf for each room. She was a great help with the whole process; and smoothed out some less than professional problems the buyer created, dealing with the stress for me. Which I greatly appreciated. After putting our house in the market and no movement, we switched to Kat. OMG, she went straight to work on pictures and arial fews. Kat walked with us through what things we needed to do or fix up. She said our buyer would not come from town and she was correct on everything she told us and suggested to us. She immediately had a lot of showings and interest. Kat stayed in contract at all times on what was going on with each showing. I have never seen someone so dedicated to get something done and went above and beyond. Kat sold us our new house and sold our other house as well as selling a home to another family member. After these experiences with Kat I wouldn't use anyone else. We were lucky to have found her!

With this, as with all of our interactions, Kat came with knowledge (which was exactly how our home sale went) and still let us make decisions within the price range. When we were struggling getting everything in show readiness, Kat jumped right in not afraid to get her hands dirty for the benefit of our home. She skillfully managed three offers at the same time and helped us navigate what was our best option. This required working with three different realtors and the way they did things - not an easy task. -Kat was always professional. We always knew that she would be honest when we had questions. She helped us find the resources we needed to prepare our house and the photographer she contracted took photos that best showcased our home. -We will always be grateful to Kat.
I honestly don’t know how I would have made it through this process without her. Buying a house felt overwhelming from the beginning. I had a million questions, second-guessed everything, and was trying to navigate a huge life transition while finding a place that truly felt like home for my boys and me. Through every showing, inspection, phone call, and unexpected hurdle, she was patient, encouraging, and incredibly knowledgeable. What I appreciated most was that I never felt like she was just trying to sell me a house. She genuinely wanted me to find the right house. She pointed out concerns when she saw them, celebrated with me when we found something promising, and never made me feel silly for asking one more question (or twenty). When inspection issues came up, she fought for me. She helped negotiate repairs and credits, explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and was always just a text or phone call away. I always felt like she was in my corner. Now my boys and I are settling into a house that truly feels like home, and I’m so thankful she was the one who helped us get here. This home is the beginning of a new chapter for our family, and I’ll always be grateful for the kindness, honesty, and care she showed every step of the way. If you’re looking for someone who is genuine, hardworking, and will treat you like more than just another client, I can’t recommend her enough.
