When we decided to Move across the country I knew I needed a great Realtor, someone who would hear what we were looking for, to stay in our price range of a home. Kat did all that and more. She listened, when we were ready to start looking she went to the homes & took videos sent disclosures, but she went above by making sure there was no dry rot or damage. She is so knowledgeable and really cares about putting you in the right home for you. I highly recommend her for her professionalism, her knowledge and over all her dedication to making sure things are done and right. We are excited that we have the perfect house for us and now a friend with Kat. You will not be disappointed using her
