Kat was born in Colorado Springs and grew up in Castle Rock, Colorado. After obtaining her degree in Civil Engineering at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Kat worked in various technical service and engineering fields but always had an internal draw towards real estate. She joined The Legend Team in July 2023 and is determined to help bring success to the Team as well as foster long-lasting relationships built on trust and personalized experience to each and every client she comes in contact with.
Kat has lived up and down the Colorado Front Range from Colorado Springs, Castle Rock, Fort Collins, Broomfield and now Castle Pines, giving her great familiarity with the region and knowledge of locations in this beautiful state we call home. Combined with a diverse background in customer service and a passion for helping people, Kat is eager to lend a hand in any way.
Kat and her husband of 16 years, reside in Castle Pines with their 3 year old Australian Shepard, Koda. In her free time, Kat enjoys writing poetry with inspiration from her love to hike, mountain bike, camp, off-road and overland travel. In addition, Kat enjoys working with her hands by tackling various inside and outside home improvement and building projects.
