I contacted Kashif in February 2021 to buy our first home in what was a very competitive market. Kashif explained the market conditions and kept our expectations in check. My wife and I would search through listings and send Kashif the ones we liked. He quickly setup appointments to see the homes as homes were usually off the market in a week. We discussed how we would structure our offer for each of the properties. We ultimately expanded our search area due to market availability. We found our home in a Manassas neighborhood which Kashif had worked in before. He was able to help us set a realistic offer price and we were able to keep the final sales price reasonably close.
