During the summer months of 2022, he worked tirelessly, to find me the right property in the right neighbourhood. Together we made numerous site visits. Since, I’m quite cynical, when buying property, I gave Kashif Rasool a tough time. Throughout the process he remained available and promptly responded to my inquiries. Thanks to Kashif Rasool’s resolve and persistence we selected a property on October 21, 2022. And within a month successfully conducted the Closing. But hold on. The weeks before the Closing were a pain in the neck. Dealing with the Lender is a whole different leval. Too many inquiries and demands for documents was very challenging.
