Kasey Jorgenson is the Founder and Designated Broker of Jorgenson Real Estate, an independent, veteran-owned brokerage in Round Rock, Texas. He came to Austin in 2010 and has built his career in Central Texas real estate ever since, personally helping clients buy and sell more than 100 homes since 2019 while leading a team that serves buyers and sellers from Temple and Belton south to Buda and Kyle.
Before he ever sold a house, Kasey enlisted in the U.S. Navy at 17. He spent six years as a helicopter crew chief, door gunner, anti-submarine warfare specialist and rescue swimmer with HSC-8 aboard the USS John C. Stennis, logging nearly 1,000 flight hours across two deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. The discipline and calm he learned there still show up whenever a deal gets hard.
Kasey grew up in a homebuilder's family, in a house that was always under construction and never quite finished. After the Navy he interned with a top-producing team in San Diego, then chose Austin, where in the same year he bought his first home, started his business and went back to college full time. He built the Jorgenson Group into one of the region's most recognized teams, named to RealTrends' "America's Best Real Estate Professionals" every year from 2018 to 2023 and ranked among the Austin Business Journal's top teams. In December 2025 he launched Jorgenson Real Estate as an independent brokerage.

He hosts Real Estate, Straight Up, a podcast about how deals are really getting done in Central Texas, and has taught continuing education for Texas agents.
Today Kasey spends most of his time coaching and leading JRE's agents, but he still works with clients personally, and when an agent on his team hits a tough situation, he's the first call. His philosophy hasn't changed since day one: have fun, work hard, and take exceptional care of clients and agents alike.
Away from work, Kasey is a proud dad to his son, Karter, and has coached Karter's football team for five seasons. He's a lifelong Seattle sports fan and a diehard Seahawks fan, and he has finished multiple MS-150 rides, the Texas Water Safari and the Missouri River 340, the world's longest nonstop canoe race. His French Bulldog mix, Mabel, runs the house.
