Closing on this home was very difficult because at the last minute an issue was found with the will that delayed the closing two weeks and may not have happened at all if Karyn did not facilitate above and beyond what she was expected to do to help get the deed signed and a closing date set. One of the reasons I went with Karyn as my agent was because she call me back quickly and in no time had many homes lined up for me to view. This is the first home I have purchased and I contacted Karyn several times with questions at all hours and she always responded quickly. She also has very good knowledge of quality construction. Despite the unexpected shifting to the right of the closing date, everything up to that point went smoothly. Karyne has excellent recommendations on how to get the seller to accept your offer, inspectors and how to negotiate a lower price all while not being pushy. She was very down to earth and calm when I was getting nervous and was having second thoughts after the closing date slipped. She worked hard for me and I really appreciated all she did to help close.
