What a wide ride this was but our realtor is awesome!! We start this journey in April to sale our home. The market was hot so we started packing. Decided to go on the market July 8th. Had a contact on the 9th and they backed out on the 10th. (a Mother-in-law issue on their part) Karyn didn't hesitate to get things back on track. We went for another open house with minimal response and the next two weeks were slow too, then It took off again with multiple showing and offers. We excepted a VA offer with a 30 day closing date. This was my first house sale and I was very nervous. Karyn talked me through every step of the process. She was great at communicating with me and answered any questions I had promptly.
