There were moments in our journey where she gave advice I didn’t want to be true, yet sure enough, she was spot on and protected us from poor decisions. Kary is an amazing real estate agent and very easy to work with. She listens to your wants and needs, so your house hunts are not a bunch of wasted time. I loved working with Kary-- she is the best. She listened to what I wanted for my beach place and then helped me find exactly the right fit (even as I changed my mind several times.) Daily updates were sent so I could browse the listings and she was always ready to show me condos in person when I found one I was interested in. She drove me around so I could narrow my location parameter- she knows all the beach areas so well. Always patient and never in a hurry. Kary is amazing. My wife and I were looking for a 2nd home in the Clearwater area and we found Kary online.
