Before we met her I was using another agency and that person was out of town for the weekend. I contacted her agency and asked if she could take a video of the house I was looking at because we lived out of state at the time. Karuna immediately went over to the house in the pouring rain and videoed inside and outside and we could see the rain feeling the swimming pool.
