We'd never bought a investment property before and weren't sure what to expect. Karuna had been highly recommended to us. Let me tell you she EXCEEDED our expectations. She has a very kind demeanor, knows her stuff when it comes to homes, resale, inspections, specs, etc. I felt so comfortable with karuna . She was great about making appointments immediately, she always got back to us, and her advice was incredibly useful. I'd love to have Karuna wherever we move in the future. She wasn't pushy at all, worked with our budget, and gave great advice about areas, schools, future resale, etc. We can't say enough wonderful things about Karuna Singhavi . Highly recommend her .

Karuna did a fabulous job with understanding home requirements so that search can be refined and as a buyer she will make sure you are ahead of the process with pre qualification etc etc. Karuna got thorough knowledge about surrounding areas, a great network of people within industry, prompt communication and quick clarification in case of any doubts. A great coordination at every stage of buying - contract, Inspection, Finance, closing etc. Highly recommended.

Karuna is the absolute most genuine, hard working, caring and efficient realtor you'll ever meet.
