When Karrie replaced my original agent (from another company) we lowered the asking price significantly... and the house moved fairly quickly. I used the staging folks that she recommended, though I am not sure that the eventual buyers actually reflected the buyer profile that we were pitching the property to.

I can't say enough good things about working with Karrie to buy a home. Throughout the entire process she was very responsive to all my questions and communicated all important information. Being new to the process and to Philadelphia, leveraging Karrie's network of trusted key players (lenders, inspectors, electricians, etc.) was a big help. All the people she recommended that I dealt with, as well as her assistant Molly, were excellent. Karrie promptly took initiative to coordinate necessary arrangements for inspectors to access the home. I also had to rely on her negotiating expertise which she utilized very effectively to get the deal to satisfactory terms.
