Originally listed with a competitor that touted lower selling costs. Big mistake. They did not market it well, were not very responsive and you could just tell that they were not motivated to sell your house. That was not the case with Karrie. From day 1, we were thrilled with Karrie and her agency. Karrie and her agency are seen as the best in Philadelphia for a reason and I would highly recommend to anyone. A+++ service.
