Karolyn was very responsive and made herself available at anytime including weekends and late in the evening. She was understanding and worked with our schedule (we have twin 2 year olds) for showings and all of the various discussions regarding properties and home buying process. Karolyn was respectful of our wants and decisions and showed great patience when we had moments of indecision. Karolyn gave her honest opinions but gave us space to draw our own conclusions. Karolyn has a terrific knowledge of the area and is a great communicator and negotiator.
