Karoline Walker is not your average Realtor. She is a nationally recognized Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE®) and an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®). She built a successful business with a unique blend of real estate and architecture. After almost 10 years as a project manager, Karoline left the corporate world in need of change. She obtained her real estate license and joined forces with a licensed architect and realtor. They combine Karoline's knowledge of land and residential real estate with architectural knowledge to help serve clients in a way that no other Realtor or agent team can. Her clients include top business and civic leaders, whether in life sciences, tech, ranching, academia, medicine, sports, or finance. “They are all busy people and want a seamless transaction,” Walker says. “They expect me to anticipate problems before they arise and navigate them skillfully.” Walker takes great pride in the fact that her business stems largely from positive referrals. She works tirelessly to meet her client’s needs and be a calming, knowledgeable guide through the sometimes-chaotic buying or selling process. “I’m available anytime” she says. A Texas native and seasoned professional, Karoline recognizes and values the trust clients place with her, and she strives every day to exceed their expectations. Karoline resides in Montrose with her husband Chuck, son Charles, and fur baby, Brutus. In her free time, she enjoys trying new things, live music (especially the Houston Symphony Orchestra concerts) playing sand volleyball, bowling, relaxing at the beach, fishing, and spending time with her family.
