After a full year of striking out, I made the switch to Karolina and was accepted on the first house I made an offer on with Karolina as my agent. Karolina was amazing to work with. In a hectic market we looked at numerous houses. She never once made us feel like we were inconveniencing her even when we didn’t end up liking most of them. She was always willing to give her honest opinion as well. She seemed more interested in helping us find the perfect home than making a sale. She was always quick to respond for showings or questions. Her professionalism and knowledge of the market helped us with the timing of selling our old house and buying a new one. Home buying is stressful, especially when you are 35 weeks pregnant. We put an offer in 5 weeks before our baby was due. And she managed to help the process move quick enough to get us in before the baby was born. Karolina not only kept us in the loop at every step, she guided us, and advocated for us. When asking around for a realtor, Karolina’s name was given to us by multiple people. She did not disappoint. I was not very knowledgeable about the process of buying a house but Karolina walked us through every step of the way.
