This house went full circle, I originally bought my house with Karolina, five years later I reached back out to sell this home and buy a new home. For selling, she prepared us in how to present the house. We wanted to sell quickly as we had an agreement made with another home. She was ready with photographers to take pictures of the house and had it on the market shortly after. She recommended a good asking price point and two open houses (on Saturday and Sunday). We had multiple offers over asking and had committed to an offer in three days!! Everything went so smoothly despite selling a house being a very stressful time. She coordinated everything to make sure we were set for closing. She’s the best :)
