Karlie made the process of selling our home a lot less stressful than I expected. She was knowledgeable about our market value and helped us price it for the best results. She was available any time I had a question and was very supportive during the whole process. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home!

We had a long house hunt between the market and life happenings but Karlie and Mark never gave up their enthusiasm and willingness to show us houses. They were able to set up our weirdly specific and detailed search parameters and made sure we got sent houses not only in budget but also with specific house features that were must haves for us. We had an amazing experience from day 1 to closing and even afterwards with checking in to make sure we were enjoying our new home. We’ll absolutely be recommending them to friends and family as well as using them again for any buying or selling in the future!

Karlie Werner is a true professional. She was very knowledgeable and always available when I had any questions. She always was on top of things and kept me updated on any twists and turns we ran into. I was always able to get in touch with her, never once did I have to leave a message and wait for a return call. She was an excellent go-between my self and the seller. She also is a real people person. All I know is that if I had a real estate company I would want her on my team.

Karlie and Mark were amazing to work with. They went above and beyond to help us sell our property. We have told everyone we know if they need a realtor they are the ones to go to. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Our experience working with them was amazing.

I find it somewhat difficult to write this review because Karlie is so impressive. One thing that impressed me about Karlie is that she did not “ghost” me when I told her my timeline for purchasing a home was not immediate. That alone distinguished her from many other real estate agents. Karlie is very diligent as far as responding to what a home buyer wants regarding the desired location and specific search parameters of the client. She also has great communication skills and keeps her clients informed. Karlie is very professional, very helpful and has a positive energy during what may often be an emotional roller coaster of sorts. I don’t know how you could do better. I know we will be working with Karlie in the future.
