We met Karleya at the start of the pandemic through the recommendation of a friend, and she helped us navigate our first home buying process back when we weren’t quite sure what we were looking for. We trusted in her guidance and really loved our first home. Now that our family has grown, we needed to find another home and again we turned to Karleya. This time, we did know what we were looking for, which made the process more challenging, but again she was kind, patient, and professional. She never said no when we needed to schedule a showing, even if it was unlikely to be “the one.” She made herself available after work and on weekends despite having a family of her own. She was even able to chat with us during a holiday when she was out of the country in a different time zone. When it came to advice, Karleya was always constructive and never pushy. She was always honest and sincere. She also made the selling process a breeze, and we were able to get through it with as little interruption to our family as possible. We are excited to be moving to our new home and if we do ever need to go through the process again, we will be sticking with Karleya.

Karlaya did an amazing job helping us find a home. We didn't give her much to work but she talked with us, constantly, and figured out exactly what we wanted. She has also checked in with us numerous times after the purchase, to see if we are happy. She is in-tune with her buyers, very knowledgeable, has excellent customer service, and outstanding follow-up. Do yourself a favor, and get her if you are looking for a home. It will make the process much smoother.

Karleya helped us buy and sell a house. We highly recommend her for any of your real estate needs. Her knowledge of the area was very beneficial to us as we moved to OH from another state. She made the process extremely easy and was always there for any questions that occurred no matter the day or time. After we closed, she made sure we were settling in nicely and if there was anything that we needed. When it was time to sell our house, she again helped us in any way she could and thanks to her we were under contract within a week. She always went the extra mile for us and for that we are grateful. You can't go wrong with having her as your agent!
