We had a wonderful experience working with Karlee to find our new home. We were very particular about what we were looking for, which made the search more challenging at times, but Karlee remained patient, professional, and positive throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and continued searching until we found the right home. Even when I started to feel discouraged at times, her positivity kept the search going. She was also incredibly responsive and never seemed to mind answering my million questions along the way. One thing we especially appreciated was how welcoming she was to our children, who accompanied us to many of the viewings. She always made them feel comfortable and included, which helped make the process much easier and especially fun for them.
