Karlee was a good choice for me when buying my first home in Redding. She gave me the run-down of different neighborhoods that might be a good fit for me (and those that might not be), toured a few homes, and put in an offer. Once we were in escrow, a lot was happening at once, but Karlee was very communicative by phone call, text, and email, and took the time to explain everything to me as a first-time homebuyer to settle my nerves.
