Karlee was a good choice for me when buying my first home in Redding. She gave me the run-down of different neighborhoods that might be a good fit for me (and those that might not be), toured a few homes, and put in an offer. Once we were in escrow, a lot was happening at once, but Karlee was very communicative by phone call, text, and email, and took the time to explain everything to me as a first-time homebuyer to settle my nerves. The escrow process, including contract adjustments, repair negotiations, and inspections was very straightforward and all facilitated by Karlee. Her communication and professionalism made what could have been a very stressful transaction relatively straightforward and simple, with no hiccups.

Not only is Karlee an extremely kind person. She is very efficient and professional and gets things done. I was treated very poorly by the listing agents for the home that I purchased so poorly that I decided, I needed a realtor on my side even though I was a cash buyer. Big Valley Property‘s realtors are horrible not only are they dishonest, but they are bullies and they have no problem, raising their voice and treating you with disrespect even if it’s not deserved, Karlee turn the whole experience around for me and made it so much better.
