Ive come to known Karla from my home buying and selling experiences. She has also done the same transactions for my mom. Ive purchased and sold several homes in the past with different agents but ive never had the good luck and fortune to come across such an amazing agent. I could go on forever and ever on the transactional minutia but I feel thats rather redundant for real estate transactions. What separates Karla Stagman from everyone else is that she has such a caring, generous, warm and kind soul. Karla always goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy. She delivers an amazing experience, not merely a transactional voyage. I feel blessed and fortunate to have met her. The zillow gods were kind to me ! Unbelievable attention to detail, highly patient and a never give up attitude are just some of the many amazing qualities she possesses. Karla treated and still treats my mom with dignity, respect and genuine affection. For my buying/selling experience she put me at ease every step of the way and was able to coordinate the purchase of my new home that I didn’t think would be possible. She has earned my respect as well as a lifetime loyal customer and family member.
