Ive come to known Karla from my home buying and selling experiences. She has also done the same transactions for my mom. Karla helped take my home that was in need of some love and really made it shine. I needed someone who could take care of the whole repair and selling process because I was no longer living in the home and I work two jobs. She gave me an accurate budget for the repairs needed. She hired contractors and met them at the home. She arranged to have the home staged beautifully. When it was discovered that the dishwasher was broken, she found a very nice replacement one at a good price, picked it up, and had it installed. I trusted her with design choices and staging, and the result was a record sale for the neighborhood. I couldn't be happier.
