She got me a great price for my house and was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the sale. I put my trust in her and it was well founded.

Karla’s attention to detail is phenomenal. The way she’s able to anticipate any questions I may have, or even how quickly she’s able to provide the answers to questions I have. Any problem that may have came up she has a solution. She’s very thorough in her explanations and provides each scenario so that there are no surprises. I have known Karla personally for serval years, and have followed her career on social media. When we decided to put our house on the market, she was the obvious choice for our realtor. She has been patient with us through the entire process, answering our all of our questions and answering them again. (lol) Because of her many years of experience and her knowledge of the Middle Tennessee market, we were about to sell our home in record time. We are excited to continue to journey with her, as we look for our forever home.

Karla went above and beyond assisting me with the selling of my home. She walked me through the entire process and explains what was needed and wanted from me as a seller when I was confused or skeptical about the selling process. She also made sure I got top dollar for the sell of my home. After that process was done she assisted me with finding ANOTHER realtor in another state making sure I felt comfortable with them. Then, even AFTER she helped me connect that realtor, I felt so comfortable with Karla that I would often call to verify things with her during my purchasing process. She gave me knowledge and peace though my selling and purchasing process…10 out of 10, I highly recommend!!!

To whomever is reading my review. We've worked with Karla in the past as the buyer of the house while we lived out of state. This was our first house and Karla went above expectations to make sure we experienced the progress of the house being built as if we were able to pull up to the construction site ourselves and see it. At that time, everything went according to plan for a smooth transition. When it came time to sell our house 14 years later Karla had not slowed down or missed a beat. Again, we were not in the state where our house was but Karla handled everything quickly and with offering us a lot of explanations about the process. She is very knowledgeable and she has a passion for what she does. She is exceptional when it comes to communication! With us being so far away, Karla always stayed in contact with us one way or another. She makes you feel like you are her only client and that you are the most special. If Karla doesn't feel like you're getting the best deal she will let you know. She really looks out for her clients. She is the best! You can't go wrong with Karla.
