Negotiating
I have used Karla now 3 times since 2019. We first purchased a home in Cadence a 55+ community she handled the negotiations with the builder and when we decided the Community just did not fit our lifestyle we sold in a hot market and Karla again helped in that transaction even though it sold in a day by owner. Then in 2024 we purchased a Core Built home and they are notorious for not wanting to do any changes on their spec homes. Again Karla came through and negotiated what we wanted. She also is a realtor that does not stop working for you even after close. I am a Broker in another state and have been for over 30 years and Karla knows the market and listens to your needs. I highly recommend her for both selling agent and buyers agent
