Our experience with Karina was great ! First, she sold our previous home very quickly. She hired a great photographer and posted beautiful pictures of our home as well as hosting several open houses and that brought in about 5 offers for us to choose from in a matter of weeks ! Once we knew we were in a good place with closing , she helped us find our dream home. We went through the process of building a home to our liking and the builder was not honest with many details and Karina was very thorough with contacting them with all my concerns. She invested time with this but we decided to find a used home instead and she was completely on board with starting all over , anything to make us happy! Which she did , we love our new home and she made the process easy for us . One amazing thing about her is that she lives across the city (about 40 minutes) but she never hesitated to come out to the West side when we wanted to see a home or needed her. I highly recommend Karina, you will not be disappointed!

Karina was very helpful in negotiating incentives with the builders, and negotiate with them as we had a couple of complications with the builders, as they changed floorplans on the process of buying our home, they did not inform us and we were about to drop the negotiations, but she was very helpful with everything, giving us feedback on certain other builders and the whole house-buying experience as it was our first home.

Karina did an excellent job throughout our home buying experience. She was extremely patient with us, quick to respond to all our communications, and always made herself available. Whenever we went to see a house, Karina showed up on time, came prepared, answered our millions of questions, and offered us her professional opinion when we asked. She never came off pushy and gave us plenty of time and space to make our decisions. Every week she would also provide us with a list of houses she felt suited our needs and preferences. Ultimately one of the houses she recommended we ended up choosing to be our home and absolutely love it! Home buying is a stressful and intimidating experience, yet Karina walked us through every step and gave us a great deal of comfort all the way until she handed us our house keys.
