The purchase of the dream home I wanted was complicated. It had a prior contingent offer, I required financing, the inspections revealed rather major difficulties and I was purchasing from afar. Karina stuck with me through every step with honest professionalism and helpful knowledgeable communication. She was physically present at every step. And beyond that Karina is a very pleasant, likable and positive person: nice to be around. I can easily recommend her as an excellent agent you can trust to use.

Karina was my realtor when I purchased a home in Terrebonne and when I sold the same home 5 years later. She is always available when you want to see property (I think I drove her nuts!). Karina is very knowledgeable and up to date on Oregon real estate laws and will work tirelessly to make your home selection happen.

Karina was instrumental in helping us buy a house out of state. We moved from New Mexico so having someone here that is knowledgeable was a must. She tracks down every little bit of information one might need and is able to interpret all of the "Realtorese" that there is to deal with. Further, the selling agent was weak and if Karina hadn't taken on a "mentoring role", I doubt we would have been able to buy the house. There was some complexity in the purchase. I'm 71 and have bought numerous homes; I feel I've only had two good realtors and Karina is one of them.

Karina was outstanding to work with and we feel very fortunate that she reached out to an inquiry we made. From the introductions to final closing, Karina was there for every step. She researched for us, providing answers in a timely manner. Was present for tests and inspections as well as following up in regards to the results. We were moving to a new area to us so her insight and knowledge was invaluable. She made our move easier in every way with the support she provided.

Karina is punctual, attentive, knowledgeable and an over the top realtor.. Karina kept me in the loop through out the process. I was moving from Beaverton OR to the Redmond area and had contacted several realtors on a number of homes that I saw on Zillow. It was very important for me since I was out of town that my realtor kept in contact with me and to let me know of homes on the market that I might have missed or were going on the market soon.
