She kept our preferences in mind and never tried to sell us on a property just to be selling a property. Karin went above and beyond to provide utility and various service resources as we were out of state buyers. Karin lined up numerous properties for us to see without hesitation and spent the entire day with us. When we were back in our home state, Karin was gracious enough to show us properties via video media.
