We interviewed a number of real estate agents before selecting Karie to be our agent. She appeared to be knowledgeable but just as important for us, her personality was one of a kind, caring soul. Karie was quick to give recommendation that would improve the "sellability" of the house and she remain kind and supportive during what was a for us a rough process: 2 failed contracts and an eventual buyer who wanted to extract everything possible from us until I finally said if you want more go find another house. Being we had moved from the house and we out of town during the sales process, Kari had extra work on her hands when it came to some work needing to be done at the house. She was always willing to assist and when not available found others who could help. I am not sure other agents would have done this. But Kari is more than an agent...she is a partner in the sellers' (and I am sure buyers when she is on that end of the service) home life journey. So our "gut instinct" when selecting Kari turned out to be great and we highly recommend Kari.
