My experience working with Karie was exceptional. I was in a very difficult situation as I had way overpaid for my home in 2022 and needed to get as much as I could back out of it. I did not want to rent it out and wait for a market rebound in that neighborhood as that is a difficult task to say the least. Karie was constantly available to answer questions. She ensured my home showed as well as it possibly could. She and her team held open houses for me frequently. Karie was straight up with me when I was not being realistic about what I could expect to get for the villa. It was hard to hear but what I needed to know so I could sell the villa. I couldn’t have asked for a more knowledgeable and professional partner to help me. She went above and beyond my expectations. It took a long time to sell but I know if I hadn’t been working with her, it would still be on the market, and I would have had to take even less for it to sell it. I started my homebuying journey prior to Covid with Karie. She was kind, patient, and did wonderful holding my hand through my first home buying experience. Unfortunately, when the pandemic got put on hold, so did my plans. I had anxiety calling her to tell her I needed to delay the house and that all her time and effort up to this point would not come to fruition. None of my concerns were needed because she was understanding and kind. We started the process again in 2022 and despite my picky attitude and constantly turning down the houses we saw, she kept a smile on her face. At any point in the process where I would get frustrated or overwhelmed, I had Karie to make me feel at ease and comforted. It took another two years of me dragging my feet and being picky, but she pushed through and finally found me the house of my dreams. I can't imagine every using someone else aside from Karie.
