Having been a full-time realtor in another State 30 years ago one of the most frustrating situations was dealing with other agents basically trying to "kill the deal". Kari did a great job in keeping it together when I refused certain requests from the buyer. We had another agent right before hiring Kari which I fired after 4 months on the market in a very "hot" market. The other agent did a horrendous job marketing the house and we were receiving very little traffic. Kari received the listing and we had a contract within 2 weeks!! I am going to recommend Kari Shank to all of my friends and business associates. I own several businesses and am expanding and plan on using Kari to purchase more locations in the future. :)
