Kari is phenomenal. We worked with her in the past and knew exactly who to call when our housing needs changed. She has an incredible photographer who does awesome work, a plethora of resources available, and she is so quick to respond to texts and emails. She’s polite and super knowledgeable. We are considering houses both inside and outside of her area of expertise and happily recommended another fabulous realtor more familiar with the outside area to broaden our search. I couldn’t be happier to work with Kari!

Our home was sold within a day and Kari was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and prompt in responding to our questions and guiding us through the entire process. We appreciated having her on our side!

Kari has been our realtor for 5 transactions and each time she gave us great service. She is very responsive, and knows the real estate business very well. She is a pleasure to work with and we never have to worry about anything, she takes care of it all professionally and friendly every time.

Kari Shank is a top notch realtor who knows her stuff. She was very easy to work with and very responsive to any questions I had about the sales process. I greatly appreciated the time she took to walk through our home and document what it had to offer to potential buyers. She also worked with us on establishing a listing price that we were comfortable with. The fact that the house sold within hours of going on the market is a testament to her real estate skills. The whole process could not have gone any smoother! Kari Shank represented REMAX Achievers very well and I would definitely use her again in future real estate transactions and would gladly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor to sell or buy a home.

We interviewed various realtors in the area. I really felt that Kari understood our wants and needs when it came to searching for our dream home. I also felt that she was the best candidate to get our house listed and sold quickly. I never had an issue getting a response from her and she was very knowledgeable with every question we had. She kept us up to date on every single detail, whether we were dealing with items surrounding our house sale or our new house buying process. Buying/selling a house is a huge decision. We were never rushed or pressured to do anything. She truly wanted what was best for us, not just what would result in a quicker paycheck. I’d find myself trying to talk myself/husband into a house and she would tell me that if it’s really the one, I wouldn’t need to do that. I found very quickly that she was correct. This completely adjusted my approach to house hunting and was pivotal in finding the perfect home for our family. I would absolutely call her again in a heartbeat and I have referred her to every friend even thinking of beginning the process. 11/10 stars ? Highly recommend!!

"Kari Shank is an excellent Real Estate Agent. Not only did she helps us buy our current home she then was able to get our old home under contract in under a week ABOVE ASKING. We have used Kari for multiple transactions and have her contracted to sell another property of ours. We have no doubt she will be able so sell our other property quickly. Kari is extremely responsive to emails and texts and we never had any issues with communication. She gave valuable feedback for all of the transactions we completed with her. I would highly recommend using her for your next home sell or purchase!"

"Kari had the knowledge of the home's development and how best to market the property. She always responded promptly to all questions and requests. A fantastic transaction."

Kari was instrumental in the purchase of our previous home seven years ago. When it was time to sell, we didn't hesitate in calling Kari. She is a seasoned professional who knows the regional market very well. We would strongly recommend Kari to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home.

Very professional, easy to get ahold of and really explains things for any level to understand. Would recommend her 1000/1000 times!!!! If you want value for your home and timeliness, then kari shank is your realtor for sure!!!!

"My husband and I chose to contact Kari due to the fact that she has recently worked with a number of our family members and came highly recommended. She was patient with us, dealt with our (my) countless questions and concerns with kindness and knowledge and was always available. Kari was never "pushy" or had any agenda other than getting us the best contract for the home we sold and the home we purchased. Her level of empathy spoke volumes to me, when signing for the sale of our home was finished and I was emotional, she stayed around to talk to us and just be there. Selling our first home was a stressful endeavor that Kari made easier- something we'll always be thankful for!"

"Kari Shank has excellent communication. She keeps it concise and efficient without compromise to friendly costumer service. We would highly recommend her for anyone selling their home, she was especially clutch for us as very busy people working on deadlines."

Kari was a wonder help when selling. I was out of the country and she was completely hands on for ever step. Couldn't have asked for more.
