I am thrilled to write this review for Kari Lyons. I had listed my condo with 2 other competent agents and did not sell it. After hiring Kari, she took charge immediately--did a minor "staging" and took new pictures and posted it everywhere. Within a short amount of time, I received an offer for full asking price and it is now sold!!
